Complaints Policy & Content Control
We take complaints seriously and process them promptly, confidentially, and transparently. This policy supplements your statutory rights (including withdrawal rights and warranty claims) and does not limit them.
1. Content Origin and Review
All image, video, and audio content offered in this shop exclusively features the operator ("Lady Anja") and is created by her. We do not distribute third-party content; user uploads are not permitted. Every piece of content is editorially reviewed before publication. Customer product ratings are reviewed and may be removed in case of legal violations or abuse.
2. Filing a Complaint
For complaints about content, orders, payments, or your customer account, contact us by email at info@lady-anja.shop or via our contact form. Please provide the affected content or order (link or order number), the reason for your complaint, and a way to reach you for follow-up questions.
3. Response Time
You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours. We will inform you of the review outcome within seven business days of receiving your complaint. If a more detailed investigation is needed in individual cases, we will notify you with an explanation.
4. Reports from Persons Depicted
If a depicted person claims that content was published without their consent, we treat this report as a priority. The disputed content is taken offline immediately for the duration of the review. If the complaint is confirmed, the content is permanently removed.
5. Copyright Infringement Notices
Rights holders claiming infringement of their copyright or related rights should send us a notice with proof of ownership and identification of the affected content. Upon justified complaint, we will remove the content immediately.
6. Reconsideration
If you disagree with the outcome, you may request a reconsideration. This will be reviewed by the management of PMI Media Solutions S.L.
