Delivery Times
Available items are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment receipt. Delivery then typically takes: Germany 2–5 business days, EU 5–10 business days, Switzerland 7–14 business days. Digital content (downloads) is available immediately in your customer account after payment receipt.
Payment Methods
Credit card (processed via Inet-Cash), PayPal (you transfer the amount yourself via our PayPal.me link — the amount is already entered in the link, enter only your order number as the reference) and advance payment by bank transfer (PMI Media Solutions S.L., Banco Sabadell — the bank details are displayed after order completion and sent with the order confirmation). For advance payment and PayPal, the delivery period begins with payment receipt.

Returns
Your shipment includes a German return address; after a withdrawal through our online withdrawal function, you will receive it additionally by email. Alternatively, you can return items to our company address (see imprint).
