Return of Goods
Your shipment includes a German return address — use it preferably as it keeps the return quick and economical. After withdrawing through our online withdrawal function, you will receive the return address additionally by email. Alternatively, you can return items to the address stated above.
Exclusion or Early Termination of the Right of Withdrawal
(1) The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB), in particular for individually manufactured items ("Custom Made").
(2) The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB). Corresponding items are delivered sealed.
(3) For contracts for the provision of digital content not supplied on a physical data medium (downloads), the right of withdrawal expires if the seller has begun performance after the consumer has expressly consented to performance beginning before the expiration of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged knowledge of the expiration of the right of withdrawal (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB).
