My house — your duty to pay for it! This contract is the foundation for your actions. It binds you, gives you the feeling that you're at my mercy. But since this is the “standard version,” you still have some personal freedom.

This contract sets how much you pay into my household fund each month. Both the contract term (from 1 year up to 20 years) and the monthly fixed amount (up to 5,000 euros) are freely selectable. You download this contract PDF, fill it out completely, and send it back to me signed. All further information and conditions are explained clearly and unmistakably in the PDF.
